By using our Products and Services, you agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by this Privacy Policy or any other privacy or data collection Privacy Policy related to services offered directly by Netster.com. Please note that Nester.com contains links to other sites and may allow those sites to be co-branded with The Nester name. Web sites that are linked to Nester.com may have privacy policies that differ from that of the Netster.com This privacy policy only covers services offered by Netster.com.

This privacy statement does not cover the privacy policies of Third party advertisers and or affiliates that advertise or list their products and services on Netster.com. Netster.com allows other companies that are presenting advertisements on some of our web pages to transmit, set and access their cookies on your computer. Therefore, the following policies are those of Netster.com only.

When you visit Netster and/or use any of the Netster offered search services, The Netster (Netster.com) collects certain statistical data. At this point The Netster cannot identify you personally, but rather only collect statistical information on the usage, and pattern of usage of its services. This information is automatically received by Netster.com from your browser and is kept on our server logs. This information includes your I.P. address, our cookies, time and date of your visit, web pages as well as search queries requested by you. The Netster uses this information to improve its services to its users, which includes you. The Netster, further uses this information to custom tailor its content and advertising and to analyze our traffic in aggregate. Cookies and single-pixel gifs
Only the information that you provide, or the choices you make while visiting a Web site, can be stored in a cookie, (in addition to time, day of your visit and your I.P. address). Our site cannot determine your e-mail address unless you choose to type it in. The Netster does not have access to the rest of your computer. The Netster, its advertisers and or affiliates, may use single-pixel gif images, also called web beacons, to count Web page accesses and gather some general statistical information. Again, The Netster does not gather personal information through the use of these images. The Netster or our advertisers may use single-pixel gifs that can track personal information from cookies that may have been previously placed on a user's computer if the user has chosen to previously provide Netster and/or its advertiser with such personal information.

In addition to collecting anonymous statistical data, Nester.com also collects Personally Identifiable Information if you have chosen to provide The Nester with such information. This information data tells us specifically who you are, i.e.; Your Name, E-Mail Address, Postal Address, etc. This Personally Identifiable Information is only collected, if YOU have chosen to provide it to The Netster. This information is collected at the time you have chosen to sign-up for certain Netster.com products or services, such as e-mail, weather and financial personalized settings, browser updates, participation in a sweepstake or special offer. Netster.com uses this information to better understand your personal needs and in addition may use this information to send you product and service offers in the future. We may also use this information to provide to companies who work for or on behalf of Netster.com to provide special offers on product and services.

The sites displayed as search results or linked to by Netster.com and/or its affiliates are developed by third parties over whom The Nester has no control. Third party affiliates or service providers, whom in some instances use complete automation, index most of the search results that appear on The Nester results pages. The Netster does not screen or censor any of this information, nor does The Netster screen or censor any of the listings. The Internet is a worldwide system of computer networks in which any person can post information on their individual computer, which if connected to the Internet can be accessed by others, or, if they have permission, on the computers or computer networks of others. Today, the most popular portion of the Internet is the World Wide Web. This portion of the Internet is readily accessed with the use of a web browser. It is the goal of Netster.com to return to you the most relevant information and links to the web sites your search query has called for. However, we cannot guarantee that your search will not locate unintended or objectionable content. Further, certain materials accessible on the Internet is NOT appropriate for minors. The Netster is concerned about your child's safety and does not accept banner advertisements containing adult content, however, has no control over your children's search queries, and the subsequent results of those queries. To limit and / or prevent your children's access to such materials, The Netster suggest that you install commercially available hardware and/or software that has the ability to filter out such content. Such hardware / software products may be set to filter out content on weapons, sexual adult content, hate and racist content as well as violent content. They may also be set to disable chat sites, e-mail and message board forums. Netster.com and / or its affiliated companies assume no responsibility for your decision to utilize any "hyperlinks" to sites found on Nester.com results pages, or for the accuracy or usefulness of any materials contained in such sites.

Netster.com may amend this Agreement at any time, and at it sole discretion, by posting the amended terms on its Web site. All amended terms are automatically effective 7 days after they are initially posted. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a written document signed by you and Netster.com

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Protecting the privacy of children is an extremely important issue. For that reason we do not structure any part of our subscriber or affiliate services to attract anyone under the age of 13.
